1. Promoter Details
The competition is operated by Phenom Digital Limited (TOOLFLX) ("the Promoter").
The registered business address is Phenom Digital Limited, Surrey, CR6 9LE.
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Competition Entry
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The competition opens on 26/02/2025 and closes at 11.59pm on 23/03/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
Mainland UK entrants only. Entry's outside of the UK will not be counted.
3. How to Enter
Participants can enter in one of two ways:
Paid Entry Route
Participants can purchase a ticket via the official website toolflx.com/pages/toolflx-contests.
Each ticket costs £2.50, and participants may purchase multiple tickets.
Purchasing more tickets increases the number of entries but does not guarantee winning.
Free Entry Route
Participants may enter for free by sending a handwritten postcard containing:

Free entries must arrive before the competition closing date to be valid.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid paid and free entries.
The draw will take place on 24/03/2025 and will be conducted fairly and transparently.
The winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone within 14 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn. UK residents entrants only.

No cash alternative or substitutions are available.
The prize is non-transferable.
